What To expect

Coming to see a practitioner such as myself may seem a little daunting at first, but don't worry, everything is private and confidential and governed by a strict code of professional ethics.

The First Consultation

This is an in-depth process. We begin by discussing the reasons why you are seeking to use herbal medicine, and try to establish what is ailing you (you may already know!). We will then explore you past medical history, family history, and ask general health questions. This enables me to build up the clearest picture possible of you overall state of health. I strive to develop an honest, confidential and professional relationship with clients and patients that evokes respect, creates an atmosphere for trust and change. To teach you how to maintain optimal health, once it is reached. I respect and encourage my clients and patients to feel empowered and positive about their future health, taking the time to listen and advise on the best way forward for your complete recovery. It is only through balancing the body, mind and spirit that true recovery occurs.

The Follow-up

The follow-up consultation is a chance for us to establish your progress, address any issues that may have arisen, and if necessary, change direction in the treatment.
